  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

  4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  5. Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

  6. Refund: If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund.

4. Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or customized items
    • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
    • Gift cards

  • Final Sale Items: Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
